Mark Reisman

Mark Reisman, MD is the Chief Scientific Officer and Director of Cardiovascular Research and Education at Swedish Medical Center in Seattle, WA. He is an interventional cardiologist and recognized expert in structural heart disease.

Since joining Swedish in 1995, Dr. Reisman has been the site Principal Investigator on more than 50 clinical trials. Additionally, he has been a National Principal Investigator on multiple trials involving emergent technologies and innovations in both structural heart disease and neurovascular fields.

In addition to his research and clinical work at Swedish, Dr. Reisman also serves on the scientific advisory board for several public and private companies including CoAptus, Abbott Vascular, and Boston Scientific Corporation. He has also served as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Washington in Seattle.

Dr. Reisman and his wife Agustina have two children, Max and Emma.
