About the 2010 PFO Summit

TCT 2010 Special Activities The PFO Summit was a pre-TCT gathering and call to action for physicians, industry, research sponsors, regulators, and patient advocates to exchange knowledge, experience, and develop initiatives in research, education, definition of care standards, and patient registries. Experts and stakeholders with diverse perspectives in PFO science came together for a groundbreaking day of presentations, panel discussions, debates, and working groups. This was not a passive CME meeting rather a summit to act and advance patient care.
